Simple Rating System (SRS) is a statistic takes into account margin of victory (MOV) and strength of schedule (SOS). Strength of schedule is determined by calculating all opponents SRS through thousands of calculations and then averaging them. You then combine MOV and SOS to get a team’s SRS.

Effective Field Goal % (eFG%) differs from normal Field Goal % in that not all buckets are the same. Three-point shots are more valuable and in eFG% they are weighted higher by a factor of 0.5.
